There are numerous issues to address with
regard to funds investment, most notably finding the managers
who can perform consistently well while avoiding paying high

Investors typically fail to achieve the desired result from
their investments because of poor fund selection.
One key lesson from the difficult environment for investors
we saw in the period 2000-2003, is how vital it is for people
to take a more informed and flexible approach to allocating
their investments. It is not enough to rely on a static allocation
to highly-correlated international equity markets. An integral
part of any successful investment portfolio is making tactical
decisions based on today's opportunities.
